The Waiting List will open for applications at 9:00AM on Tuesday, Aug 4, 2026, and will close at 4:00PM on Thursday, Aug 6, 2026.

Applicants that were chosen via the lottery can update their information via the Applicant Portal.
Address changes for all applicants on the waiting list must be updated or provided to this office immediately.
All correspondence from this office will be delivered by US mail or email. Mail returned to us, failure to respond to a mail out, or failure to show for a scheduled appointment for any reason will result in removal from the waiting list.
